Please note the important update issued by the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre, Kolkata:

- With effect from 20th December 2025, all applicants must visit the official website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center Kolkata to create/sign in to their account, fill the form, and upload all required documents online.

- Before submitting your physical passport at the Centre, your online application status must show “online review completed”, and you should have received the confirmation email.

- System Maintenance:

The Visa Application Centre will perform a system upgrade from December 17th to December 19th, 2025.

  During this period, the existing website will not support form submissions.

  Applicants who have already filled forms on the old website must submit documents before December 17th.

  From Dec 17th–19th, the Centre will not accept new applications; only passport collection will be available.

  
  

Applicants are advised to plan their visa submission accordingly.
