Please note the following changes effective immediately for China tourist visa applications submitted in New Delhi:
Old Passport Requirement:
a) If your passport was
renewed within the last 5 years, you must attach the original old
passport with the new one.
b) Photocopies will no
longer be accepted.
Bank Statement Requirement:
a) Only personal bank
statements are accepted.
b) Company bank statements are no longer valid.
c) Statement must cover minimum 6 months.
d) Closing balance of INR 1 lakh per person
is required.
e) Daily balance must be at least INR 1 lakh for the last 3 months.
f) E-bank statements are not accepted.
Applications
not meeting these criteria may be rejected. Please ensure all documents
are in order before submission.
