As per the latest Foreign Service Circular No. 2025-019 issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Philippines, Indian nationals are now eligible for 14-day visa-free entry to the Philippines for tourism purposes.

Key Highlights:

• Visa-free entry allowed for up to 14 days

• Applicable at all major international airports, seaports, and cruise terminals

• Strictly for tourism purposes only

• No extensions or conversion to other visa types permitted

• Transit passengers must still apply for appropriate visas

Entry Requirements:

• Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond stay

• Confirmed hotel booking

• Proof of financial capacity (bank statement, employment certificate, etc.)

• Return or onward ticket from the Philippines

• No derogatory record with the Bureau of Immigration

This update enhances travel flexibility and promotes tourism ties between India and the Philippines. The circular is effective immediately and remains valid unless otherwise stated.
