As per the new guidelines issued by the Singapore Embassy, all applicants from New Delhi and Kolkata must now undergo mandatory video verification conducted by Authorized Visa Agents (AVAs).

Key Requirements During the Video Call:

  Confirmation that the application was submitted via the named sub-agent.

  Consent for video call and screenshot authentication.

  
  


• 
  

  Confirmation that Form 14A was personally filled and is accurate.

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to review and verify details with the AVA.

  Important Note:

  Failure to complete the video verification process will lead to visa application rejection.

  
  


• 
  

  This protocol is now compulsory for all Singapore visa applications from Delhi and Kolkata.
