In accordance with instructions from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) - Dubai, the following guidelines will be enforced regarding tourist visas:

Paid Guarantee Enforcement: The paid guarantee for tourist visas will be confiscated if the passenger exceeds their stay by more than 10 days beyond the expiration of the specified visa duration.

Overstay Case Management: If the sponsor fails to resolve the overstay case within the given timeline, they will be required to declare the passenger as absconding.

Absconding Fees: Sponsors are liable to pay absconding fees for their clients who overstay and are declared absconding.

Action Required: Kindly cascade this information to all relevant stakeholders and ensure that submissions are planned accordingly.
